But will be nice to see those ugly buildings gone soon.

I like that they have a good link with stairs to the shopping plaza there and a shortcut to the skytrain.

The current shortcut to get there is a pathway through some shrubs which is slippery mud when it rains and some rickety stairs at the plaza, the stairs replaced a pile of dirt basically lol

Thanks for posting. Back when I had originally posted about these, there was no info as to the developer or the height of the towers. Anyways, the inclusion of rental is crucial for the area so that's good to see.

I was wondering, because I hadn't heard of a new hotel in Richmond.

This would balance out the absolutely hideous building (almost as big; a medical offices centre) going up 6-7 blocks to the west on the Surrey side of 16th.
