I recently heard very encouraging news and that things have very quietly progressed further than I had thought. It definitely wont start in spring though.

I know everyone wants credible sources listed but I cannot.

There's also some progress on Fortress's Harmony Village project in Barrie being reported this afternoon.

Into the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, but still.

? ....pretty sure you havent been to regina at all or enough times to know that its actually a great city.

Theres always going to be issues with whatever project, but the timeline and issues this project poses--Winnipeg deserves a better developer for this project. We all want Sky City to be built....but not from Fortress.

It would be amazing if some reputable company took over.

someone who purchased a unit was told that demolition of st regist in july and construction would start august September

and its fine with me considering how busy that part of downtown will be with 300 main street construction starting and true north going up

potentially 6 cranes on graham street this summer.
