Obviously 'sales' at Q are very slow, as are sales at other condos.

I stopped by the sales office today. The lady, that was presenting, said the building is 61% sold.

PVSC shows no sales :
The 2016 Assessment for the property is $6,277,500
The 2015 assessment was $5,750,000

viewpoint.ca shows the property as apartments.

I don't think they've got their condo registration yet, have they? If that's the case, that would explain no sales showing, because condo sales don't close until the condo is registered. It's definitely not an apartment building, because I know people who have "bought" there.

Are those straps holding up the balconies? How bizarre.

Just a reminder that the hole was dug for this over 4 years ago?! And it is still not finished.

This one has been under construction so long...

... that Bowie was still making records when they started.
... that people thought ISIS was a defunct Halifax ISP.
... some people in NS thought the provincial NDP govt wasn't bad.
... Peter Kelly was still Mayor.

The 5 Moes have broken their own previous record with this one.

The first registered sale was 14 October 2016 with many units sold in November and December. In 2017 6 sales leaving 21 units available in a 72 unit development.
