Is it that your hotel and condo development is cancelled SuttonPlaceProject?

Still haven't got any words on why you come in here with that kind of name, slamming every other project as fanciful. Sorry if that's a personal shot, but it's what you've done here.

Appreciate your input and all. Let's see what the announcement is, if it comes, or if it's just more hearsay.

Yeah it's pretty tiresome. Certainly seems to have an axe to grind.

They just released it:

Pre construction pricing held over until April 15! This is your LAST chance to save up to $7,500!

Looks like NorthStarsProject got the inside scoop again!

I wish I could make this thread invisible until construction equipment arrives at Graham and Smith. Honestly, this could drag on for years and years like Capital Pointe.

I see your occupants of a redeveloped Bay building, and raise you the addition to the Boyd Medical Building.

We've had this discussion for Capital Pointe. Given the thing was supposed to be open for the last time Regina hosted the Grey Cup, the newest thought is that Regina will host another Grey Cup before it is completed. Right now that is looking like a potential 2020 game.

So, October 2020 or bust.

That's not really a major announcement, that's just a minor sales pitch.
