1st and Lonsdale is getting a Ernest Ice Cream

The very very very popular Ernest Ice Cream. That'll bring the crowds. Also will likely get visitors to the Friday Night Market walking up Lonsdale, which will be good.

Isn't Menchie's a block away? Plus another four or five vendors selling ice cream at the Quay.

Lonsdale is the frozen treats hub of Metro Vancouver

Oh boy, the wife and I went to the Fraser one like every two weeks last summer. Looks like I'm gaining weight.

Which unit specifically, and how did you hear? I can't find anything.

Thanks, surprised they didn't go for the heritage restoration on the corner of that development.

Yeah, it's interesting in the Colliers brochure it looks like they aren't leasing that space out. Curious what will be going in there.

They called it Heritage Commercial in the development application so I guess something will eventually show up in there.

Yeah I've never seen those, thanks. Makes it look a lot nicer than those earlier renders.

Here's a Grosvenor Ambleside update from today:

The ultra-reflective material is going on the Polygon Gallery now. Should be interesting/polarizing.

I follow a NSNews reporter on Twitter who tweeted it. I believe his name is Brent Richter.

"Glory Juice" opened up in the new building between 1st and 2nd on Lonsdale. Mix of healthy pricey drinks and food like Granola. Looks nice inside.

Whats the hold up with Lift Bakery on 1st and Lonsdale ? The opening was supposed to be in January.

Not sure I'm a fan, but anything is better than those hotels. Looks 60s style?

Is gold the new "it" colour? West Quay went gold too.

Lift Bakery opened on Lonsdale and 1st. Open for 2 days and the place is packed. Welcome excellent addition to Lower Lonsdale.

On a crappier note Moule shut down on 1st and Lonsdale.
