Probably not. This is post #2222, which isn't really that many, all things considered. The building will open in 2018, and this thread began in 2012, making it five years old. With only 2222 posts in 5 years, it can certainly last another.

Does anyone know how they are going to put the cladding on the lower floors of the east side facing the Ritz? Or is it just going to be a bare concrete wall? Doesn't look like there is too much room there.

I was looking at this from Dilworth Plaza and was struck by how much wider this building is than the Ritz.

Per the renders, there's a wider, 7story-ish base - and then the thinner tower will emerge from that.

Definitely. The pour order has changed for this floor. Things are different. I'm waiting for the fog and haze to lift so I can grab a picture of what it looks like today.

Looking at the rendering (especially the window slits in the grey areas) you can see that the floor heights seem to be staggered around floors 5-7. This is why they haven't done a whole floor this time, but only pieces. The collumns in the middle section (and possibly the west end) are higher than ususal, suggesting these sections willl be poured at a higher level. Then they'll reverse, so after the next couple of floors it will all come out even as they start up the main part of the tower. At least that's my guess..
