Maybe the camera was getting bombed every 5 microseconds by the people who have put down deposits? The constant need to update could cost up to 50 dollars a month and that was biting into their profits.

That's not really how that works, though......

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. The supporting column is hidden inside the boxes. Smart design.

Plus the steel framing of the theatre has diagonal bracing for the cantilever (like a bridge).
The other parts of the theatre level do not appear to have the diagonal braces
- so the appearance will probably look different between the 2 types of structure on the east side through the glazing.

i dropped by to check out the mall today. I was surprised how busy it was, finding parking wasn't as easy as it used to be, granted there is less of it. Quite a few people actually shopping. The sears has "the cut" now which seems to have attracted a few people but the brand names they carry I have never really heard of before and its not really easy to figure out what section is the off price section and what is the normal section.

I think sometimes they just move the camera around or zoom in and out. I seen it happen before when I was watching it once.

You're welcome. I agree, these buildings are definitely looking chunkier than I was expecting.

Doubt it.
They'll probably open the commercial retail first to generate revenue (reverse the bleeding) before the condos are finished.
