I wish the city could do a mural on that blank wall of the heritage building facing the park, it's so drab (I think the city should sell it as ad space and generate revenue but the obviously is a no no)

I was thinking that just the other day. It would be a perfect location for a mural and would give the area some needed visual diversity.

I was thinking something like what those guys did at the concrete plant on Granville island. And have it lit up

If you check the City's VanMap you'll discover that isn't a city-owned property - so it would be up to the owners whether they wanted a mural painted on there, (although the city regulates murals through the development permit process).

Another project they run but don't own.
