Towers 1 and 2 were done before the rule came into effect and omit levels 4,13,14,etc. Tower 3 was done after and omits no floor numbers.

When will Tower 5 go on sale? Are the prices going to get ridiculous?

Considering that all towers are still far from completiong, why can't they still "fix" the floor numbering? People wouldn't like it as they would realize not living on the floor they bought in?

A) If there is someone willing to buy a condo because a number isn't included in the floor number than you would be stupid to convert to the new system. B) Is there anyone stupid enough that thinks their floor number matches the actual storey of their condo.

Given the price push in the area I expect one bedrooms to start in the low 390s and two bedrooms in the mid to high 400s. I doubt it will be much lower than Lumina which is starting in the low 380s. Beth Isreal cemetary may cause prices to be lower facing west and north, but I doubt that will impact pices by a whole lot. The area is getting pricy and, with more development on the way, prices can only go higher. I purchased in the area last year and have noticed significant increases since then. Crazy times when buildings are selling 95 to 100 percent of homes for sale in a week.

EDIT: I am not a realtor, just someone who is interested in what is happening in the area.

No way 2 bedroom only start from mid to high 40s, all Neighbour concrete 2 bedrooms already high 50s. Besides price point should be higher than Lumina to
Reflect on the convenience . Even City of Lougheed starts low 50s for their 2 bedrooms.

It's 400s and 500s, not 40s and 50s. Are you quoting with chinese/korean denominations?

I placed it in the high 400s because of Beth Isreal. Most will indeed be starting at 500 ro 550.

I guess an active cemetary in the view cone wont cause any problems with selling units facing west and north.
