That isn't a big plot of land, do they own most of that block?

Liberty Property Trust owns the entire block except for the row of buildings along 20th Street.

Everything I have heard and seen has shown no supertall. Unless they changed the plan in two months, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

The plan you reported seems better anyway. I'd rather see multiple smaller towers on these plots than another supertall. Not sure about the weeds on 18th and JFK. That one, I'd just as well see made into real outdoor space, but I supposed a nice compact residential would also be nice there.

So what exactly did what you saw look like...are we talking a rather large building regardless?

You must be mistaken. mcgrath618 heard it would be a supertall from three people.

I was just asking... I know nothing about the project and wanted to see if those people were just talking out of their ass...

I'd rather see a 1777+ footer for the win

It's all conjecture (from everyone speculating) until we see an official announcement. Let's leave it at that.

Everyone is chomping at the bit about the 3rd tower. However, I would love for them to hurry up and get the CTC done so I can have a drink and look out at the views from the 4 Seasons Hotel Restaurant/Bar area.

What are you? Crazy?

You won't catch me anywhere near that place with all those steel erection discrepancies.

It's a column, dude, a column (if you're talking about this):

Beams are horizontal. You must have missed class that day.

I'll bet after the Steelers game last year, you could have even found three people to say the Eagles would win the Super Bowl.

3? Try 3 million. All within 10 miles of the Linc.

Eagles O-line is more unbalanced than this dangerous and defective tower, which three people have told me is 11 feet out of plumb.
