I was working in the building until very recently and the lighting was updated on the floors I worked on. I think it just looks a lot more yellow from the outside.

Lighting would be upgraded as tenants renovate their floors, no? The office I work in was reno'd before moving in, and all the lighting is upgraded to LED. Thin strips with some kind of glass to project the light. The other floors remain the old kind.

That's a pretty neat picture though. Getting a glimpse inside the building from that perspective.

I have 2700K LED bulbs in my house that have a warmer yellow light.

My 3000K are a bit whiter.

I don't bother with 5000K bulbs as I cant stand the blue colour of the light.

5000K are nice to use outdoors. That's how I repurposed the ones I bought for inside by mistake!

The new LED streetlights they just installed on our street make it seem like daylight outside. It's ridiculous.

Once they replace the backlane bulbs, there won't be any nighttime left in my yard.

I suspect (hope?) they will be replaced with a lower K bulb in the near future.

Things are starting to ramp up for the apartment tower project. Should be ready to go in May.

re-cladding has started on the east side of 360. noticed the lobby windows were being replaced tonight at 10 pm when I drove by. let's see how fast this side goes! a few of the corner caps were off on the south side that was already re-clad as well.

They started working on them this past weekend. They blocked off the loading area overnight.

This tower is looking very sharp, and their progress is going very well.

75% drawings are complete. So the drawings are a month or two away from going to tender.

Once construction starts, it's gonna start to rise comparatively fast. No new foundation required, lots of structural steel and precast concrete components.

Probably pre-tendering to major trades ie steel/concrete soon, assuming that part of the drawings would be completed first...

Are you able to see those drawings? If so, how close are they to the renderings? Drastic changes?

Yes and no.

If you saw the drawings, you'd say they're different.

However, I've been lucky to see newer renderings which I'm not sure have been made too public. Some noticeable differences but not a strong departure from original design.

In short, it looks better. My assumption would be that the drawings follow the newer renderings.

Top of roof is still at 465-feet.

So the most important detail is the same!

^^Thanks guys. Really appreciate that - and yes, it's a relief that the most important detail remains the same.

My understanding is they were going to potentially remove the ugly brown color from the design; I hope they did.
