That's what I was complaining few posts above, asthe lighting looks ugly. I hope it's just work lights. All the amenities are in the podium?

Yeah all the amenities should be on the 5th floor. It will be amazing if the gym is on the top floor!

I would put this above Patina, Capitol Residences, and basically every new condo downtown in the last 5 years.

Only in Vancouver is less than (or just about) a foot of snow, a snowmageddon.

East Coasters (actually the rest of Canada, come to think of it) must laugh at us every time it snows a little here and everyone's crashing into one another on the roads and sliding off hills in their cars.

Well yes, but I am sure East Coast is no better drivers on snow with summer tires. It's only unpreparedness that Lower Mainlanders are to be blamed with.

One of the best executed condos built in recent memory. Well done Boffo and team.

I don't mind this building but it sure is an impotent version of the potent one in the rendering.

I just like how the glass is not seafoam and the spandrel is kept to a minimum. Much better than Silver.

It appears that they finally reduced the amount of fluorescent lights being turned on at the top of the building. A bit less of an eyesore...

That's bullshit. Hey why not just turn em off. Lmao

What's wrong with people, having the crown of a building lit up at night is an eyesore???? Good god. So sensitive to lights, how do you walk around at night with all the street lights?

Sounds like you have not seen them with your own eyes. If they are the final crown lighting, they have been poorly implemented. Nobody is against lighting, just poor execution on otherwise nice tower.

They are working on the sidewalk now. Moving forward nicely.

We are getting close to the move in estimated dated.

Did anyone get a firm date from the developer yet?

Love the podium. Reminds me of a lot of buildings in Germany.

Nope...but we still haven't been asked to do a walk around yet to review the unit.

Hope everything's still on track!
