Yeah, Denver has a full plate just with the new National Western Center, the Colorado Convention Center expansion and assembling the GO Bond proposal.
Afaik, the only featured project for the GO Bond proposal will be the Colfax Corridor Connections-reimagined Colfax/BRT project. Since DDP just started another study of the 16th Street Mall, that too is still in the envisioning stage. The rest of the bond proposal looks to be made up largely of previously vetted but unfunded projects from the Denver Elevate 2020 CIP.
Speaking of the CCC expansion I believe Fentress Architects is leading a team to create engineering/architectural plans. I would think that might be completed this year?
