I understand what you mean now. The first photo is your room with the closet built smaller and left side with more room between your door and the closet itself whereas the last photo shows that the door going up almost to the closet. hmm..this is one of those errors. I don't think it can be changed since that would require tearing down dry walls etc. But do ask your developer for an explanation. I imagine they'll say it's one of those E&OE thing. (Errors and omissions excepted)

I would strongly suggest checking the units above and below you of the same number. So for example if you are unit 1004 leave a note for the people in 1104 and 904 for example and see if you can take photos of their bedroom closet.

If both are the same, not much you can do. if both are different and have the double door, then you have fuel to get them to change it and file with the warranty company, or sue them if they don't fix it. Don't just shrug it off as a woopsy and live with it. Concord is worth $1 billion+ they can fix a closet if they messed up.

It isn't a crazy amount of work to repair it if needed since none of that is load bearing given a concrete high rise.

Concord finally responded and said they are working out a solution for me.

Concord does recognize my closet size did not reflect the orignal plan C design.

I agree that no one should shrug these issues off. Have you guys experienced a lot of issues with Park Avenue? For my unit, i noticed a lot of LED issues and scratches from the floor tiles to the kitchen cabinets. Unlevelled floor tiles and washroom wall tiles. You can easily tell that everything was rushed.

Surprised to hear about the continual issues from others regarding scuff marks and scratches on their kitchen cabinets, and smaller than expected windows compared to the renderings and floor plan. Also noticed they put in that cheap carpet in the bedrooms which last about a year before wear and tear shows up. Definitely the final product supports reasons to buy a Concord development that is built so you don't get any surprises.

I don't know what the move in date is for West Tower, but I did see Trail Appliance with a big truck dropping off (you guessed it!) appliances.

Final Concord tower 'Park Boulevard' at Park Place heading to council on Monday. Looks like it will just be a single tower on the site after all.

Looks good! A good addition to the corner and even closer to the station. It would have been a little cramped if they tried to squeeze 2 towers into there.

Interesting that they are opting for the one tower vs 2, but space wise it makes sense. And the common area for taking your dogs is a great addition. Personally I would have liked to see some street-level businesses to finish off the plaza

Nice that's there's going to be some contrasting shades on the tower, and that it'll be taller than the others.

Note how it states that the wedge roofline is to relate to the other towers.

All are leased out now, except one. Sprott Shaw College took up a good chunk and Inspire Dental Group moved in.
Also Tim Horton's just moved in to the backside of the Coast building. Unfortunately with Concord keeping half of the plaza space as a show room for their buildings it isn't doing much to help the plaza out.
