The thing is, I could realistically see somebody making that call as a cost saving measure for this one if they needed to, like with the Bow and numerous other projects that have been built in this city. Start chincing out half way through and the unique design niceties get axed or cheaper cladding material is used. Cant stand that.

It is about to get more complicated once they finish the next floor. The floor plates are going to be different every floor, which will take even more time.

Help me out here if I am wrong, but I am not sure Telus has a hard completion date set as of yet, and this might be because of the economy.

If I recall correctly, TELUS is only a tenant in this building - as such, would they control the completion date?

Are they taking up the entire office portion of this building? That would explain why it's still going ahead, I seriously doubted that it would.
