Port Moody - Flavelle Mill redevelopment
-11 towers ranging from 16 to 38-storeys in height

Richmond Centre to lose all of its surface parking for towers - more to come. This is already the most easy-to-walk-to suburban mall anywhere, as the parking coverage isn't substantial enough to really separate it from the surrounding commercial fabric.

Construction started on this rental on De Bleury, between Sherbrooke and President-Kennedy. The tower integrates a three store greystone heritage building.

I don't actually like the Peterson as a unit. It's a poor-man's Aqua. But I guess it works in the larger scheme of things. Considering its location, I consider it a filler, despite it's prominent height.

And good news for that bleury 25-storey highrise.

Aqua has it's own shortcomings. The way it meets the street is awful.
