Welcome FrankLloyd, and nice update Solar! You were so close to capturing the progress at 725 W Randolph. I drove by yesterday to see the entire lot wiped clean of any structure and an excavator on site. Did anyone else catch this?

Hope the design stays the same.

Via the losers at CAB (I'm still sore about the Cheeto-fingers article)

The developer is using the address of 1375 W. Fulton Market. Apparently the "Fulton Market" designation ends at Elizabeth St, though, so he may have to go with the slightly less-sexy "1375 W. Fulton Street". I'm sure there will be a spirited discussion at CDOT...

It's funny that the owner spent some money building a pretty nice, landscaped parking lot just last year, only to turn around and propose a 18-story highrise.
