Some of the balconies appear to be solid concrete - or appear non-transparent and if so they are essentially unusable imo. Glass or rails allows sunshine, warmth and provides views.

Last I had heard they were hoping for Augustana in the name, but that might have changed, but no, not 107st tower.

BTW, those podium units in Augustana are 3 and 4 bedrooms, if they've stayed with the same layout. Perfect for families.

There's an excavator on the Encore site.

It seems to be doing some digging but there are still some cars parked in there at the same time... odd

They might want to actually register the domain on their flyer mockup. oliverexchange.ca is currently available via CIRA.

The Tegler was demolished on Dec. 13, 1982

lol someone should scoop it from them... and then hold it for a ransom, like centurypark.ca when George forgot to renew his domain or pay his bills.

I thought about it, but since my community league is involved I didn't want to waste their money, time & effort. They have The Yards for that.

Would be my guess as they would fence it if there was excavation, but if only doing additional boreholes for geo the rig can just go do it.

As for the website, we're unlikely to go there actually. It's easier for us to create a page linked from our company website.
