Is Place Bell Canada still the tallest building in downtown Ottawa?

It was only the tallest for about a year until Place de Ville Tower C was completed in 72'. Today Place Bell is ranked in teh top 10. PdV C still holds its title as the tallest on the Ottawa side. Tallest in teh Region is Terraces de la Chaudière in Hull, completed in 78'.

Claridge Icon is the new tallest under construction, but progress is slow. It will probably take several years before it beats out the current title holders.
