Park Fifth was to be 850' I believe.

In regards to the 700 footer, I really hope it happens, but I can't imagine the size of that podium on such a relatively small lot for downtown. Hoping for the best, but adding 800 units is always a plus.

Thanks for the update Mojeda. Circa is zooming along. Looking forward to seeing Onni start and Oceanwide start moving higher.

If built at 714 ft., the Crescent Heights tower would be the 10th tallest building in LA, just 4 feet shorter than the former Sanwa Bank Tower at Wilshire and Figueroa. So it will definitely stand out in the skyline, though the elevation there is lower than up on Bunker Hill, so it will appear much shorter than some of it's peers like 2 California Plaza, Gas Company Tower, or BofA Tower, which are only about 20-30 feet taller, but will appear much more so.

It'll be noticeably taller than LA Live and comparable to the Fig@Wilshire tower in terms of prominence. It'll definitely appear much more massive due to the low-rise neighborhood immediately around it and will become rather iconic for the South Park skyline given its location. It'll be the centerpiece of all the new towers currently rising in the area. We've always dreamed of South Park becoming a dense and tall neighborhood. It looks like that's happening before our very eyes.

Circa and Oceanwide tower 1 are now easily seen on the Metropolis webcam.

http://www.earthcam.net/projects/webcor/metropolis/

Metropolis tower 4 is rapidly approaching the same height as 2 and 3. It won't be long before they are surpassed.

All parking structures in DTLA should have shops on the ground floor to help activate the sidewalks with pedestrian activity.

I'm pretty sure they are just waiting for the tower to start cladding and they will do it all at once. Could be wrong, but seems like it would make sense.

^so probably each around 50 stories? Onni's 50 story is only about half as much as those two buildings combainrd. Plus it is a small lot so they'll have to be thin. No matter the case that's exciting news.

Jose Huizar posted a picture of the massing model for this on the DTLA Development Facebook group a few weeks ago, and it appears to be two towers: one in the 300-foot range and one in the 500-600 ft range.

Indeed, much more polished than the previous which was grossly amateurish. I hope to see the plans and designs for the projects on Olympic and in K-town
