Frankly, if he wants one built, NYC location would probably be it. Don't think he does much in philly.

Since only one other Ivy currently has a Presidential Library, I think Penn will try to be a player for one.

I don't think he likes Philly much from a business standpoint, but he talks up the fact that he and his kids have gone to school here. If the library doesn't go to NYC, this would be the only other place - plus PA voted for him and NY didn't.

It should be in the former trump plaza on the AC Boardwalk, currently owned by trump advisor, Carl Icahn.

No other Ivy currently has a Presidential Library. And I don't think one on Penn's campus would be The Donald's style. He'd definitely want a higher profile location like, I dunno, maybe Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan?

He likes a good deal, so Philly would be much more affordable.

And it'll be the first presidential library to charge admittance, and then go bankrupt, but somehow still manage to add some coin to his pockets. The presidential library is suppose to hold the past presidents 'papers'. Lord Orange might be the first pres not to have any actual papers, just middle of the night tweets and interviews.
