It is a great height for our city. We need more towers of this size and demand to fill them. Love the JW, Stantec, but another 10 x 20-30 storey are going to really make change here.

A little bit more height is good. Especially now that the City center airport is Kaput.

Why settle on one or another. Build your city from the inside out. Height...Density...Vibrancy and good architecture.

I would like to see variety, table top skylines like Sao Paulo and Ottawa do nothing for those cities.

This isn't about tabletops, it is ensuring that we fill those many holes still existing in our urban fabric. Continuous street-wall is important.

Those holes will still be filled regardless of what kind of skyline Edmonton develops.

Buildings in Edmonton are mostly less than 5 storeys anyways - a ~120m tower downtown definitely makes an impact on the skyline, especially when entire adjacent neighbourhoods are almost solely 1-5 storeys.

Not every tower needs to be taller than Manulife, especially now that there are a handful of 'statement' towers >150m currently under construction to add 'oomph' to the skyline.

That CoE sign on the building looks ridiculously undersized.

And regardless of height, the building looks pretty slick in my mind.

The COE sign is smaller because of the building sizing there.

It is "small" due to that side of the building being small, hard to make a long sign on a short wall
