It looks like 340 Fremont (far right) is getting some lighting on it's crown. It appears to be a work in progress, but at least it's a little flare at night for what is a pretty dull crown during the day.

Kilroy has officially broken ground on 100 Hooper and has announced Adobe will be the anchor tenant, taking half of the space in the project.

Speaking of Kilroy, I don't think we've seen these renderings of the SF Flower Mart. It's a little boxy, but I do like all of the different textures and the way it meets the ground - more details and renderings at http://thenewflowermart.com/

I saw a tent onsite on Thursday, but by Friday, things were all pretty quiet again (looking west from Seventh):

there were some new signs, tho

the work they had been doing along the southern edge had been filled in

They paved those god forsaken roads surrounding the project. Thank goodness.

thanks for the photos, but man, the design district, like come on. the streets are wider than the buildings are tall. it's like visiting oklahoma or something. so frustrating.

Just wait until Oceanwide Center at 910' inserts itself in the above shot. It's going to fill out the skyline even better!
