Definitely. Though what's the status of Strathearn Heights? I'm not sure Edmonton has the appetite for two TODs that close together.

Sherbrooke liquor carries NBC Honey Ale. And I believe Sherbrooke is expanding, so yes, this is construction related.

Crash Hotel (formerly known as the Grand Hotel), receiving a delivery of some great local beer. Next time I'll try to get a pic of the north facing side.

I'm not a fan of vinyl cladding and it's a pity that the original brick is not in a restorative state, however the color scheme is far better than before. It could use some complementary window framing. I like the new sign.

^That corner is 10 times better than what it was a mere 2-3 years ago. Add in the removal of the Greyhound and that area has changed a lot.

Sorry...this statement I have never heard before. Please explain what you mean.

Any and all brick can be restored...its not a matter of if it can. But if the finances are there.

We walked past ...the Crash Hotel lol. Jesus...give it a name already.

It looks like hell. And the goofs who were loitering looked liked they were abandon by their last foster parents or the walking dead.

I've been trying to find out for a while. They've been very quiet, though, it seems.

They are expanding the Beer cooler and creating a tasting room next door.

Sorry if it's been mentioned already, but maclaren listing for retail space says available spring 2018... And 4 levels underground parking. But it's from October 2015... Any new info?

I subtly hinted to Urban Sparq that the brick should be restored, unfortunately at this point it would be very costly and they're not really interested in having the building designated historic in order to get grants. That said, they intend to continue to do work to the exterior. Apparently the wood panelling is temporary.
