Indeed, it would have plenty of patrons from the Vancouver House development. The angular roof over where the gas pumps were would be excellent to enclose and have a dining area or bar/pub, there's room to add on to the structure aswell, theres no need for the parking as there would be pay parking beneath the tower (not that you should be driving to go drinking anyway

) or on the street.
I also like the retro pattern in the cinder blocks. For such a humble material, they made some great designs and varieties back then. I wonder what the extent of soil contamination is, it was built in 1964 after all.
