Was just interviewed by Gordon Kent at the Journal about this (as Civics Director for Holyrood Community League). I think this is my first time being interviewed by a journalist, hoping I didn't say TOO much...
Being the pre-application open house, we're hoping to get as many people from ours and other nearby communities out next Wednesday to provide input and help shape what this development should look like.
This one will be very interesting to watch unfold, since so far as a city don't have any good examples of large-scale TOD yet that we can point to as a model.
