Well this development will certainly go ahead due to the strong sales, construction on the foundation already underway, and Tricar being a large and reputable builder.

Just got an email from Tricar saying Azure is almost 30% sold out. Not bad considering the price is pretty high for London and there is no crane up yet.

looking forward to seeing this one rise. The core badly needs more density to sustain shops, restaurants, and a generally more interesting urban fabric.

The core seems to be thriving lately. its great to see a revitalization of some sort, albeit slow and way over due

I know there have been a few subsidized units built in Old East but is this new building a totally private sector one?

Private sector with the standard no-development-fee-downtown caveat.

They are now officially above ground level with some of the first floor walls up.

Shouldn't this be switched to highrise construction instead of proposed? Could a mod come and do that for this thread? Thank you if you can.

I will try to get some photos, I work near there. Also, might try to get the TD towers as they have been completely renovated with new windows and paint. They look different.
