so true, IMO. But this is Pedestrian, Presbyterian-based Vancouver, and such ideas are just too imaginative and fanciful. Utilitarianism is the overarching philosophy here, although that is slowly changing.
But I (and I am sure others) love your idea, and if there's a movement to do it, it must just be a go. Here's hoping.
