The combination of Comcast II and FMC Tower at Cira Centre drastically change the dynamic of the skyline. It's a whole new game.

Anyone know the exact height above street level of the parking garage between FMC and Evo? I know it's approx 100' but looking for a hard number.

Flickr can host hi-res photos, and allows for a range of paste-ready image sizes, under the download option. The resizing is crisp and fits well on the forum.

I finally visited the city earlier today and as I was driving on 76 southbound, the huge zoo balloon was hovering directly in front of me with the FMC behind it and my eyes lit up as I shouted "holy sh**!"

The experience was like as soon as you drove past the surrounding forest of trees, the entire skyline just stood up directly ahead of me!

Question for you folks who live in the city:
The renovation along the south side of 30th street station took me by surprise.
What's the timeline for that development?

After parking at the Cira Centre, I just walked down to Market east and to my surprise, the Gallery looks like it's being torn down from the inside.
What happened?

Now that they've pretty much finished the glass on the south side, I wonder if the FMC logo will be attached soon. Didn't notice any "hooks" or cut-out areas where it would "plug in" - I assume it would need to hook in to the wiring for illumination.

If you look closely, it seems like they have the mountings up for the FMC letters.

Surprised they still have a crane up this far along....

Just wanted to add that seeing this in person was really cool.

It makes the commute, tolerating bad drivers on the Schuylkill Expressway worth it.

Sorry to say I have no pics because it was strictly a shopping trip.

GORGEOUS.

I'm not usually opposed to corporate signage on high-rises, but this tower is such a piece of art that in this case, I'm kinda dreading the "FMC" going up.

Oh well

I'm especially loving the facade in that last set by Summers.
