That's not been established. It won't open until Spring 2018. Room rates can fluctuate widely, but I'm sure this will be at the uppermost end for Philadelphia hotels. I've promised my kids a stay there when it opens, so I'm sure a couple of nights will set me back close to a grand, when figuring everything in.

^^If I'm not mistaken, it's 11 hotel floors and 49 office floors.

Great shot. I'm very curious to see the actual material used for the prominent full height shaft. So crucial to the final appearance.

Now that the glass is visible from a distance, I'm a bit disappointed by it's blue hue...the same/similar hue as Liberty 1&2, Comcast, IBX, Cira, Murano, Evo, FMC, CHOP, etc.

Some of the renderings depicted it with a darker shade on the glass in the upper portion, while darker glass is used on the bulk of the building. Even the ones that don't at least show the glass to be a different color than the Comcast Center, Liberty Place, and Blue Cross. That doesn't appear to be the case. We shall see.

Either way, the color of many glass buildings, particularly the Comcast Center, appears to change depending how bright it is outside. Perhaps Comcast Innovation will be the same?

I finally saw this tower as I walked past it along JFK boulevard while I was in the city for a short visit to Century 21 (only two that I know of, NYC and Philly).

So much has changed in Center City!
The construction actually reminds me of back when the Comcast Tower was under construction.

Very similar.
Overall, this tower really looks massive when viewed from the skyline!
Seeing it in person is highly recommended.
Photos on SSP is not enough if you are a skyscraper fan.
