Exactly!...looking forward to inside - not your personal unit but common spaces. Lobby, amenities room etc!

I stumble this forum when trying to find news about progress about this project since the first delay. As mention before Concord has not been very open about their progress in the last 3 years

Are they allowing you to pick your day/time in that window, or will they be telling you when your time is?

Based on the responses on here as to who's gotten their letters, I'd guess floors 5-25 would be Oct 17-22 then and the higher floors might be the following week?

I also walked by the site today, looks like they are bringing in planters and trees, and preparing to lay the rest of the driveway. Still no balcony rails on the NE corners though and looks like there's still a bit of construction mess leaning on the windows in some of the sky level units

Yep they allow you to pick the day and time of the walk through. The time slot that was available to me was

10:00 AM*
11:15 AM*
1:15 PM*
2:30 PM*
3:45 PM*

Kinda unfortunate that its the week between 17th to 22nd since I will be travelling for work during that week but oh wellz it is what it is

Customer care has told us that walk through notices have been sent to owners of units at and below floor 33. The rest should be sent out in 2 weeks.

Drove by again today (increasing it to a weekly trip). The driveway is completely done, NE balconies are painted but still lacking rails, lobby is nearly finished, front doors have been installed, little bit worried about the landscaping with the approaching storm, and though not related to the east tower, windows have started going into the townhomes.

Also got an update on walk through notices, was told next round including mine will be sent out on October 28, and that our times will be assigned and we won't have a choice. I was lucky enough to get the time I wanted through my realtor though

I'm confused, a not uncommon occurrence, but if you do not receive your notice until Oct. 28, how do you Know what your walk through time is? Did your realtor get advance information?
I walked by after the storm we had about a week ago and saw some of the trees blown over. They have since been replanted, but in less vulnerable areas, theoretically.

I had my realtor contact them on my behalf to find out what the available inspection times were. I am only available on the weekends or evenings, so I wanted to make sure there were evening and weekend times available. She let me know that November 5th would be the only weekend day for the second group, and that they don't do evenings for safety reasons, so she was able to book an inspection time for me based on the information.

Yeah just a smudge taller. Concord's next tower (42 Storeys) behind, and DYS Architecture's tower (46 Storeys) the the east should do it though. As well as the Hub @ King George and Holland Point, whenever those get built.

Well I could tell you the city actually had max height around the central node and king george of 110m. But it seems as if they've thrown the old plans out the window. You can find the height limits here

The flexibility of suburb cities is indeed a breath of fresh air! Better still, the residents have better things to do and not sue the City for throwing out those old plans.

Hey thanks! Maybe others may find it informative as well. The limits still seem a bit tight, from what I can see here. I'd love to see a few real 55 or 60 storey jobs.
But even if the regions surpass downtown in height, who really cares? Vancouver and metro are unique in many ways, and having taller buildings in the suburbs than downtown is no sin.
