Looks like the framing has been done for a couple of weeks but they haven't started putting glass on either of the caps. Do they need them open to do more work? Or will they be covering them soon so we get to see what the finished building will look like?

was thinking the same thing however 1060 reported this AM that its some form of a very healthy plant and actually shows how much cleaner and healthier the river is these days. but does look pretty bad right now

Duckweed, then it's floating on the surface. Hard to tell from the pic. I get Duckweed in my fish pond.

This is gorgeous! I love the slight angle variations capturing the light differently.

Is the blue light from inside or is it lit with LED's?

LEDs, which hopefully will continue up to near the top of the building once the glass installation is complete. And those lights can change to different colors and patterns, including some coordinated "movement" on and off around the building.
