Igloo Software? OK, now it makes more sense. The green on their sign looks like it's supposed to match the TD logo... that's why I was thinking "TD Igloo".

Our tackiest apartment building - not especially ugly, but very out-of-place here.
It's one of those weird holdovers from when urban development was conducted here by a Crown corporation (they also built Churchill Park just before Confederation). The Province only sold it a few decades ago when they realized they owned it and no one could explain why.
I really wish it was somehow connected to Danny so we could have our own mini-Trump.

That mid-century style zig-zaggy awning and the porte cochere are actually kind of fun, imho. I looks like it was meant to be quite posh, back in the day.

You would need to see it in its original form to truly appreciate it; built in the late 60s, the exterior was cleaner looking white precast concrete, which was still not amazing, but better. The dark brick reclad made it look rather dowdy.
