Webcam seems to show something going on with the West tower crane. Not clear if it is relocating itself to the roof of the office section or just being raised. If anyone can see it live, perhaps you can clarify this.

Looks like both are happening. A new base is being erected on top of the office section so that crane will be relocated there once its secured.

I'm looking at it and it seems they are raising the West crane. I wonder when they'll take down the East crane, since it's actually anchored inside the building and not on the outside like the West crane.

So does the cab of the northeast or southwest crane get transferred to the new south side crane?

Philly's Growing Majestic Skyline...is Comcast3 far behind?

Philly's Growing Majestic Skyline

Pretty cool view, great massing and density. I wonder what this view will look like when CITC is done.

Also, a little birdy tells me that Comcast3 is well along in planning and construction costing!

Comcast made a nice profit on the Olympics $250 Million Plus. Which is a good sign for future Olympics for them, considering they have it locked up until 2032 and paid $7.75 Billion for the rights. They are also becoming well diversified into other media & entertainment segments. Getting Comcast3 is looking promising, details on financial returns is below including Telemundo & DreamWorks expansions:

Yep. It's going on now, and the boom is lying at the top of the business section already.
