I hope its not shorter...but it wouldnt surprise me if they did decrease the height.

Taller or shorter, I wouldn't put much stock in the renderings of the office towers at this point.

Depends on what they mean by "construction." It's going to take some time to dig a hole and bring it back to grade (more than 9 months, certainly). I have confidence they'll start digging this fall yet.

Yes echoes i believe you are right, I read some where that it would take 9 months to do parkade which is considered separate construction from the hotel and condo, so this fll would make sense.

u/g parking, hotel and condo are technically 3 separate projects. Condo will start later than the other 2.
