Two things, though: the visitors locker room -- those stalls looks ridiculously narrow, considering that the primary users will be football players. My guess is that the Riders' stalls are somewhat more generous in width.
Also, I'm guessing that field goal kickers are going to be pulling their hair out trying to figure out the swirling winds.

Visiting team comfort is never a primary concern... Quite a ways back there were design photos posted of the Riders' team facilities and they were indeed quite a bit swankier and far more generous. That is a user improvement though and isn't part of the "substantial completion", which is what the above pictures entail. (The Riders are throwing in $25 mill + extra for their user leaseholder improvements). Not sure when we'll see the final result.
Also, the design is supposed to mitigate the wind, being a sunken bowl with an aerodynamic roof. Winds originating from the South will likely still be problematic, but these winds aren't as common later in the season or in evenings. The "swirling" effects will be much improved over the current stadium's though. The main goal was to help block the cold Northern winds later in the season.
Winnipeg has similar conditions and had a very similar old stadium, and Winnipeggers have said that the sunken field alone has made a difference. But the wind-mitigation is probably one of the changes I'm most curious about. Just to see if it works as well as it's purported to, or if we're expecting a bit too much.
