Yaletown, and pretty much most parts of downtown, do not have large commercial spaces built to accommodate larger format retail, gyms, markets or other similar services. Funny that many new large businesses such as Goodlife Gym start in the suburbs. Don't think they're going to do too well if located in this building, as it's too isolated from pedestrian zones and transit hubs.

I walked past the site yesterday, and it looks like move-ins have commenced. There were already people with rental vans trying to move stuff in through the front doors. Might be able to label this project as complete.

There are 22 units for sale on MLS. Prices range from $950 - $1,500 per SF.

Concord advertised a big health club way back, if I recall correctly.

In terms of local competition, there is a void in the Steve Nash coverage in the area.
There's the Steve Nash Sports Club Express (former Gold's/World Gym?) on Homer - otherwise the others are Fitness World City Square, Steve Nash Downtown, and Fitness World Davie & Howe.

... so area residents who want a close-by alternative (and not satisfied with their condo gym) may go there.
Microsoft has a gym at the Pivotal Building, so not sure if they'd get many employees from there.

Looks like sub-penthouse or one of the upper level (which is not high up at all). Overpriced 🞵🞵🞵🞵 that looks nothing special. The second bedroom barely fits a queen bed, nothing else.

I wonder how many people (or how often) people will try to skinny-dip in this pool...

Does that pool courtyard get much direct sun? It always seems dark, i dunno how well the potted palm trees will flourish.

Here are few money shots from previous Sunday. The streetscape is starting to really fill up with One Pacific and now Parq going up. Looks great!





Notice a swimmer in the pool. It's definitely an interesting detail catching one's attention. Another detail I really liked is how the building has, not the standard white curtains, but black ones to keep the look uniform no matter what the conditions.





I really like this view. An amazing complex underway.





All in all One Pacific turned out to be a great building. Definitely a new gem and I only hope that The Arc will turn out even nearly as great.

Why did they take out all the on street parking along pacific? Is that massive lawn necessary? It's the stupidest thing I've seen
They've taken an area that's supposed to be urban in nature with Hotels, casino, and stadiums and they made it into some quiet looking residential street complete with a suburban lawn

Edit* if that space is for a streetcar that's great but it's not happening for the forseable future. They could have easily have put a lane in for parking in the meantime

I have to agree with you that the huge lawn looks very out-of-place and I cannot see any other use for it than people having their pets taking a dump. They could have had a tiny patch of grass and then keep some parking.
