That pain coming to Edmonton in a year or so

Just heard of another 140k of class A space going back on the market due to consolidation. The government is working to get out of as much leased space as possible as well

All the best in your new enterprise Ken. Even from what little I know I strongly suspect you will continue to have a great impact on this city.

Re: Le Marchand - I like it. It's a simple contemporary design that doesn't take away from the existing historical building. The only thing I would have changed is clear glazing versus the slightly tinted.

I have a project that is refilling the entire heating system over the next few weeks. not a lot of water pressure out of a 2.5 temp line that also has to handle domestic and fire water.

Great to see McKay Avenue School being given historic resource status!

That rendering doesn't match the plans posted above. Plans above actually look better.

Concur. I really hope that Nearctic moves on this one. Much better design versus what was previously proposed.

I believe they're 2 separate projects, as the plans above shows 121 St, whereas the project with a render shows 118 St.

Not bad, I think materials used will really be important on this one

There was a crew there this week taking core samples in the parking lot

Selfishly, though, I'm sad I didn't take you up on your offer to tour the EPCOR lanterns sooner
i think i'm still connected enough not to have to withdraw the offer so once you get to the point you're settled enough to tour someone else's project let me know...
