Regarding MiamiCentral... isn't there plans for a supertall on top of or very near that station? When is that expected to take shape?

Yes, I'm not sure when it will get started, but I'm guessing next year after the station opens.

The first owners at the twin tower Grove at Grand Bay project have received their keys.

Records show that four units closed yesterday, after the project received a temporary certificate of occupancy last week.

Units are being delivered decorator ready, so they won’t be habitable for at least a few months until the owners install finishes. Prices are about $1,000 per square foot.

The project includes 98 units in twin, 20-story towers.

Construction took about 38 months. Demolition of the old Grand Bay hotel on the site began in January 2013. Groundbreaking for the new project was held in June 2013.

Terra Group is the developer, and Bjarke Ingels the architect.

burbuja in Spanish means a wart / blister at least to me!
