Double fin/mullion on the corner is shown on the model.

I wonder when it will dawn on the Jameson House residents that having the fins to block prying eyes (looking into their condos)
means that, in effect, they'll be looking at a solid blank wall as the fins overlap with each other?

Ya that frit looks great, I don't think it is a prominent feature throughout unfortunately.

Maybe the fritt is absent from the window below because that's the atrium lobby glass?

Love the exterior treatment of this building. Hopefully they continue this trend, or at least something similar, all the way to the top.

The frit is likely a by-product of seeking LEED platinum.

Thanks, that's a great view of the floorplate. I have to keep reminding myself that this building (the new part) is not at all a rectangular box.

I stopped today to watch a truck with a huge load gingerly navigate a couple of turns downtown and I recognized the windows on the back.

I think so - I figure that's why there are some ends missing - those ends would be the tapered parts.

Here's a pic I've been meaning to get for a while. Looking straight up in the alley between the Jameson and the new Exchange tower. Jameson is in the upper left. You can see how the angled setback of that corner of the Exchange mitigates the privacy issue with the Jameson. Also, the fins on the Exchange will help.

You're right, thanks. YF posted that they were from the 11th and I didn't check the date on flickr.
