330 not that shocking but a little bit of a surprise.. seeing as how Brentwood 3 last year started at 314 I believe I figured it would be the same.

The first tower will be 55 flrs according to an article in the new condo guide. I'm wondering if that includes the podium floors or not. Either way this will be much taller than everything nearby. I really can't believe the scale of these new suburban developments as of late.

Thanks - that IS tall - but I think it would be the tallest of the 4 in the first phase.

Market has changed considerably in the last year and half. Brentwood 3 started sale somewhere mid 2015. But now Escala started at $350000, Concord Brentwood even more ridiculous. What about prices of all those clusters of new builds around Burtquitlam? Bet they are not cheap either.

Looks like the developer is seeing if anyone bites at that price range. They may have to lower prices after a couple months due to changing market conditions.

A friend told me that while on the skytrain he saw the sales office signage which stated 500 homes starting at $299,000.

Sounds like a deal to me.

Also the videos and renders show this will be much bigger then Brentwoods Development.

I froze the screen during the video and counted what looked to be well over 60 floors on the taller tower.

It is likely artistic license since I was under the impression the first phase towers would be the same size as Amazing Brentwood.

Deprends...$330,000 for a studio? or a for a full 1-bedroom that can fit a queen size and two night tables in the bedroom?

Interesting, thank you. Lougheed feels a bit more (conventional big city) than Brentwood (which is equally impressive; maybe more original) ..... but they both have a big city buzz.
