the gaping holes that have plagued Montreal's downtown for decades are nearly all plugged up. Now, the gaps of the area south and southwest of the core are being replaced with construction. You can feel it even more walking along Rene-Levesque, Peel, parts of Bishop, Crescent, de la Montagne, and especially, Drummond Streets.
