I agree. Eviva was one of my favorites too. Yoo is a great development for upping the bar in terms of quality but it doesn't stand out design wise on the exterior. Related's tower isn't exactly earth shattering either. We need JPX's towers and Eviva to up the bar style-wise.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with what has taken place. Midtown is so different now. So far, almost all of the projects that I most wanted to see have happened or are happening. Azure on the park, Yoo on the Park, Alta at the Park, Related's Spring, Amli Arts Center, Greystar's Ascent, Post Millennium, Modera Midtown, Seventh Midtown, Trace Midtown, One Museum Place, and NCR headquarters have all come to fruition. If we could get Hanover Midtown, JPX's Buckhead and Midtown towers, and Eviva before this cycle ends I'd be happy as a lark.
