I'd say it is not impossible to build through that area, but some expropriation would be necessary (either for the interchanges or south-side service road). Many other properties would likely be encroached, even though a full expropriation may not be necessary.
The best interchange locations IMO:
* Cote de l'Eglise (serve Boischatel)
* Rue Casgrain (serve L'Ange-Gardien)
* Cote Dufournel (access from east to L'Ange-Gardien, likely a partial interchange)
* Rue du Petit-Pre
* Rue Laplante (serve Le Moyne)
* Rue de la Station
Around Casgrain, the development becomes more dense, and a new alignment (north of Beaupre near the hydro dam) would surely be required.
