I agree actually. I said it a while back that I liked Gensler in the beginning but now they are starting to become like TCA where they recycle the same design/layouts for their buildings. I mean, if that's not obviously Metropolis phase 1, just detached and plopped here with a tweaked design, I must be blind. That being said, I honestly don't hate it. I'm just still in shock that they were able to cram two towers there. It looks like a very tight squeeze. I actually would have settled for just one tower in an L shape.

Agreed. I'm glad they are being saved. I'm actually hoping they don't pull a fast one and throw it in with the Pershing Square redo. The arches deserve something a little better. And I had to correct myself. Only one of the arches will be saved. That 🞵🞵🞵🞵🞵. there are sooo many parks in the area that could use a nice unconventional center piece.
