Looks like there is a spot by the elevators on the east side of the main floor of the building between the wild earth coffee shop and the convenience store.

I am assuming that is where it is going.

Does someone know why the south wall of the main floor at EPCOR still appears undeveloped?

I was hoping that was a typo and you meant to say Bucca's Pasta.

^^I was assuming at the west side in the SWC as that spot had always been planned to be a restaurant space.

Hoang Long Fresh Market on Jasper and 100st. Sat on the patio which was interesting as Jasper was very busy, both good and bad. There is a severe lack of respect for people by others.

Salad rolls
Beef skewers
Vermicelli pork bowl

All very tasty. Was impressed at the baking inside, good beer selection, huge menu.

That 7-11 next to Hoang Long has turned that area into a riff-raff magnet. Why can't these downtown 7-11 stores - or the owners of the buildings that lease to them - hire some security guards or something?

Frankly the corner has become a magnet for panhandlers, homeless with shopping carts, drunks and later on at night hookers. The Owner of the building must be asleep at the switch as it tries to attract tenants to the building. Why would a firm that serves the public want to be located in that building unless the rent is free? Its like a gong show outfront at any given time of the day...and private security have no rights to move people along. Nothing can be done to improve the situation either.

If EPS or security did something about it you would have every self righteous social justice warrior cry foul. Their right to be a nuisance to the general public trumps our right not to have to deal with their 🞵🞵🞵🞵.

It's just like the media 🞵🞵🞵🞵 storm whenever city center bans a troublemaker.

sorry - couldn't resist.

the unfinished south wall of the lobby was/is temporary until such time as the space between it and the south wall of the building itself is leased and the tenant's requirements for entry and storefront etc. could all be properly incorporated. what's currently being contemplated will see some very interesting features incorporated within the space in combination with relocating/reallocating some of the existing components currently in it.
