A few more towers and Humber Bay Shores/Etobicoke Shores will look like a real stand alone skyline...maybe like Yonge-Eglinton or North York Centre.

Eau Du Soleil will "make" the skyline there, with a peak at almost 230 metres... and there are a bunch more U/C and proposed in the area as well. Will be the tallest skyline outside the core, just not the most dense...

Brookfield definitely fills in that gap nicely.

The first one is frame worthy. Got the perfect place to hang it too.

Ya gotta like Brookfield . . . . . . but, just 5 more floors and everything would have become so much more dynamic . . . starting to get that Vancouver tabletop fear.

230 meters in the suburbs. That's so crazy.

Brookfield is a great looking building....better than I though it would be! Another 10-15 meters would have been nice though!

Yes, but those glass corners, the refined curtain wall . . . it will be beautiful, especially up close & anywhere downtown when it comes into view!

Beltline is really starting to look like a proper dense district, with several high density corridors emerging (8th St, 4th St, and 17th Ave).

Yeah, I know. It'll only get worse when BP 2 gets built. Telus sky will be awesome but it's also in that height range that will further cement the tabletop.

This is one of the best pics I've seen of DT Montreal! This shows the increased density really clearly. I like this angle a lot.

Nice density. And so much more coming up in that cluster! Also, I'm actually liking a lot the Holiday Inn.
