Note that the lowest level (33,052 sq ft) is NOT contiguous with the upper 2 levels.
There are however, escalators and an elevator from the drop-off to the lower level of the anchor (and an atrium to the upper anchor level).

This seems perfectly suited for a Saks Fifth Ave. (or Nordstrom) on the upper levels
and a Saks Off Fifth (or Nordstrom Rack) on the lowest level.

I would think that the downtown Nordstrom is too close for another store (ditto for Holt Renfrew).

From the brochure that officedweller posted they have an outline of the future towers to come. I see this essentially as confirmation that Brentwood FOUR will be a twin to Brentwood THREE. Also looks like the eastern-most tower will be significantly shorter than the first four - as expected. And I imagine the northwestern-most tower (missing) will mirror it as well.

Many times people post too many pictures that do not show enough difference. For me, you have never done that, and I would be happy, especially on this project, if you posted plenty more. You have a great sense of how to cover a project. Vancouver House is a good example. You post quite a few each time but each one records something significant (content or angles). If I didn't have someone to do this in my office I would try to hire you.

You judge the numbers well, except here with Brentwood: you could post more. Specifically, it's getting hard to get a sense about what's going on with the tower bases.

Thanks and keep it up. The photos are 95% of the reason to visit this site.

That's for sure. I dug up this site plan which shows the west building tower tucked up into the corner at Willingdon and Halifax. The south building tower is just east of the Skytrain station at the corner of Lougheed Highway and Alpha.

This is just massive, exciting times for Burnaby.

When is it supposed to reach completion?

My best guess is that the towers are not rising because of construction coordination limitations over the whole site: there is too much activity building the retail/commercial components right now and there is no room to have all the activity needed for the towers until that dies down. By activity I mean the movement of materials, workers, crane time, trades coordination, and so on.

But once they turn there attention that way, the towers should start rising quite quickly.

There are also two General Contractors on the site.

Ellis Don is building out the retail podium and Axiom is building out the towers, so likely some coordination efforts as the responsibility shifts vertically.
