Just love the front paving! Now it's starting to look like it's part of the entertainment district.

My only gripe about those towers is that they are too short for such a prominent location. Just my opinion though.

Looks good, thanks!
Is that marble near the swimming pool?
That's pricier than Concord's normal finishings.

Yah, I think it would look nicer if is a little taller... but I think there is a city height limit.

Yes, I think according to their design photos they are going to use marble for that wall and ceiling. I think it is looking pretty close to those design pictures they have on their site.

The swimming pool was filled with water when I took these pics today. It was kind of mesmerizing watching the glimmering light come through. Should be even better at night.

I wish the maintenance crews good luck with the new trees and grass just as we head into the hottest time of the year.

Nice of them to build such a large doggie restroom (on the future streetcar RoW)

Can those palm trees survive Vancouver's winter? I thought they are for warm areas.

^ That type of windmill palm is all over the south coast. They're pretty hardy. Have you been to Vancouver or Victoria before?

Global warming has helped sustained certain palm trees here. I remember banana trees and shoots used to be wrapped up over winter, but not anymore. In regards to watering, those palms don't need too much water.

That boulevard looks so large one can imagine someone playing soccer there. Why is there no sidewalk by the curb? I would think that area to be in high pedestrian use upon the casino/hotel building's completion Would also hate to see the grass potmarked with dead patches once the resident dog pee hits.

The pool with the glass bubble is certainly the highlight of this development.

I'm pretty sure that the green lawn is part of the dedication for the future streetcar right of way.

Thanks for the great set of photos.

I was watching the window cleaners today at One Pacific and I saw that they were tethered to these suction cup things that they would put on the windows.

The glass end of the pool is looking a little more finished now.

Wow, that grass is huge. I had no idea of such being planned or even fitting there. A pleasant surprise and yeah, leaves room for future streetcar.

The pool looks nice but I cannot help but gringe how it opens to what is almost a highway ramp. That rendering for sure doesn't tell what the reality is.

Anyways this project has delivered and only shame about the different spandrel on the inner yard. I cannot wait for the casino to go up and hopefully deliver!

This project is an awesome surprise to the upside.

Great shape, great lines, fun colours, little darker than usual for Vancouver.

Pool is unique.

Love it!
