West Oliver is gonna have the best looking towers in the city by far in a few years. First the Pearl, soon the McLaren, and now this. E town stepping up its game.

One of the major fails we've had is the implementation of the proper bicycle lanes. While I'm not a cyclists, I am an advocate for ensuring all forms of transportation are provided in a safe, logical and attractive manner.

A minimum grid in the central area (both sides of the river). Full stop. We don't need a cycling on 40th ave or the like, but these were supposedly "easy wins" as it was underused arterials with large ROWs. Does nothing to address the demand issues (read: use) of where people actually cycle. In my opinion, the low hanging fruit was not Saddleback Road and Millwoods Road, but 102 ave, 100 ave, etc. Even if that budget only got 6 blocks of one of those routes done.... it's a no brainer.
